the sources of jurisprudence’s rules in Islamic religions

Abstract
In the absence of a coherent and written law in Islamic countries, the rules of jurisprudence have been the basis of judgment.The jurisprudents and judges have had to refer to these rules, which have been developed in any of the Islamic religions in a particular way. This article examines the process of compilation of the rules of jurisprudence, which is the result of the jurisprudential thought and research of the jurisprudents in Islamic religions. In the beginning, the rules of jurisprudence are defined and then the sources of these rules are mentioned. Due to the age of writings in Sunni religions, the evolution of it first begins in the religion of Hanafi and then other Sunni religions, and then into the Imam's religion. Due to the age of writings in the Sunni religions, the evolution of the Hanafi religion first begins, then the other Sunni religions and then the Imāmī religion. By reviewing the “Al-Ah’kaam” magazine and its descriptions, in the end, we will have a quick look at the rules governing the Islamic countries during the Ottoman rule and after independence. We introduce the new writing with a brief description of the book.
