Abstract
Human beings have long dreamed of flying into infinite space and have been very eager to have accurate and complete information about this field so that they can take control of it in the future. World War II and technological advances in the military field As a result, the scene of the battle was transferred from the terrestrial territory to the aerial territory and then to the outer space, which continued in the form of the Cold War, in the post-war era, and forever changed the ideas and thoughts of humans about outer space and the laws governing it.In the present article, although Space law, as a part of international law,is subject to the general rules of international law,but the role of governments and national laws on space activities can be denied, and the United Nations, even though it is an international authority, has taken significant steps to establish regulations governing space. plays a role, but constantly encourages governments to pass national space laws, which shows the importance of national laws on space activities, and solutions to separate the international nature and aspects of national and domestic rights in a method library and reviewed by reviewing conventions and judicial procedures.
