چکیده
لباس دوربین‌دار، جلوه‌ای از تکنولوژی مدرن در خدمت پلیس در دادسرا است. استفاده از لباس دوربین‌دار در بهبود انجام وظایف قانونی پلیس در مواجهه با مظنون و متهم واجد کارکردهایی است که در نظام حقوق کیفری ایران مغفول باقی مانده است. از این حیث، بررسی کارکرد لباس دوربین‌دار پلیس در نظام عدالت کیفری ایران دارای اهمیت، اصالت و نوآوری است. پژوهش از نوع کـاربردی و متکی بر منـابع کتابخانه‌ای و روش توصیفی تحلیلی است. سوال پژوهش این است که تاثیر استفاده پلیس از لباس دوربین‌دار در نظام عدالت کیفری ایران چیست؟ یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که لباس دوربین‌دار پلیس منجر به تقویت روابط پلیس با مردم و تقویت ارزیابی مافوق از عملکرد پلیس در تحقیقات کیفری محوله به وی، نظارت جامع دادستان و بهبود تنظیم گزارش‌های قضایی پلیس در دادسرا می‌شود. استفاده پلیس از لباس دوربین‌دار نوعی مستند کردن عملکرد وی است. ارزیابی مستقیم مافوق بر عملکرد پلیس از طریق کنترل فیلم‌های ضبط شده از برخورد پلیس با مردم و تصمیم‌گیری دقیق بر اساس آنها صورت می‌گیرد. استفاده از لباس دوربین‌دار منتهی به دقت بیشتر ضابط دادگستری در تنظیم گزارش شود تا جایی‌که تطبیق گزارش با فیلم ضبط شده واجد تباین آشکار و فاحشی نباشد.

Body-Worn Cameras is a manifestation of modern technology for police. Using of Body-Worn Cameras for police in connection with suspected and defendant has functions that have been neglected in criminal legal system of Iran. Accordingly, the law enforcement officers Body-Worn Cameras functions in legal system of Iran have importance, originality and innovation. Type of this research is practical and relies on library resources based on descriptive analytic. Research question is, what is the impact of the use of Body-Worn Cameras by police in the Iranian legal system? The research findings show that the Body-Worn Cameras of the police improves his or her relationships with the public and supreme authority assessment about his or her performance, prosecutor supervision and improves judicial reports. Police's use of Body-Worn Cameras is a form of documenting his or her actions. Ultra-direct assessment of police performance is done by controlling recorded footage of police dealing with people and making accurate decisions based on them. The use of Body-Worn Cameras should lead to a more careful judicial officer in reporting, so that compliance with the recorded video does not have obvious and gross contradictions.
