چکیده

در جوامعی که طبقات اجتماعی روی پای خود ارتزاق نمی‌کنند و بازیچه‌ی دولت‌ها هستند، از خود اراده‌ای نداشته و به این‌سو و آن‌سوی قدرت کشیده می‌شوند و در نتیجه توانایی ابراز وجود و متحرک بودن خود را از دست داده و بازیچه‌ی دست طبقه‌ی بالادست خود خواهند شد. حال سؤال این است، طبقه متوسط چه تأثیری در ثبات یا بی‌ثباتی در مدیریت بحران‌های سیاسی و اجتماعی و فرهنگی دارد؟ به نظر می‌رسد ثبات و یا بی‌ثباتی سیاسی و اجتماعی و فرهنگی در بحران‌ها رابطه فراگیری با تقویت و یا تضعیف طبقه‌ی متوسط در بطن جامعه داشته و دارد، در مواقعی که رشد اقتصادی مهیا بوده، طبقه متوسط تقویت‌شده و به دنبالان وضعیت عمومی و مشروعیت سیاسی را به دنبال داشته و درنتیجه ثبات سیاسی و اجتماعی و فرهنگی نیز تقویت‌شده است. اما در مقاطعی که رشد و کارآفرینی اقتصادی و سیاسی تضعیف‌شده، نارضایتی گسترش‌یافته و تنش‌های سیاسی و اجتماعی و فرهنگی را به دنبال خود داشته است. پژوهش فوق از طریق روش کیفی اسنادی و با رویکردی توصیفی تحلیلی ارائه می‌گردد، هدف می‌کوشد هم از منظر تئوریک، و هم به‌صورت تجربی با رویکرد اقتصاد سیاسی و جامعه‌شناسی سیاسی وضعیت طبقه‌ی متوسط در ایران و نحوه‌ی تأثیرگذاری آن بر امنیت و ثبات سیاسی در کشور را دنبال نماید.

They will be upstairs. Now the question is, what effect does the middle class have on stability or instability in managing political, social and cultural crises? The above research is based on qualitative method and information retrieval through available documents and data discussed with descriptive-analytical approach. Data collection and data have been collected using existing documents and through the library and the Internet.
