چکیده

در عرصه مبارزه و جلوگیری از خشونت علیه زنان، اگرچه بازیگران اصلی (دولت‌ها و سازمانهای بین المللی) ثابت هستند اما فرآیند منع خشونت علیه زنان شامل حجم بسیار وسیعی از بازیگران داخلی و بین المللی متعدد بزرگ و کوچکی است. خدمات دهندگان بیشماری در عرصه داخلی و بین المللی شامل بازیگران اعتبار بخش و منفعل که به توزیع و ترویج مشروعیت در حوزه منع، پیشگیری و کاهش خشونت علیه زنان می پردازند، وجود دارد. بازیگران تولیدکنندگان ارزش که در عرصه توسعه منع خشونت علیه زنان چه در عرصه داخلی و چه در عرصه بین المللی فعالیت دارند با اقدامات ارشادی خود مسیر توسعه و اجرای اقدامات پایدار را در جهت کاهش خشونت علیه زنان، هموار می‌سازند. همچنین بازیگران اجتماعی حوزه منع خشونت علیه زنان نیز هستند که با رفتارهای ثابت خود، تشریفات لازم در حوزه پیشگیری و منع خشونت علیه زنان را به کار می بندند. در نتیجه پرواضح است که بازیگران حوزه منع خشونت علیه زنان در هر کیفیت و هر کمیتی که هستند دارای میزانی از تاثیر در این عرصه هستند و نبایستی به دلیل داخلی بودن، غیر دولتی بودن و ... بی اهمیت جلوه داده شوند. در این تحقیق با رویکردی نظری و با روش توصیفی به دنبال بررسی رفتارها و تعاملات و طبقه بندی بازیگران حوزه منع خشونت علیه زنان هستیم.

چکیده [English]

In the field of fighting and preventing violence against women, although the main actors (governments and international organizations) are constant, the process of preventing violence against women includes a very large amount of domestic and international actors, large and small. There are countless service providers in the domestic and international arena, including credible and passive actors who distribute and promote legitimacy in the field of prohibition, prevention and reduction of violence against women. Actors of value producers who are active in the field of development of prevention of violence against women, both domestically and internationally, pave the way for the development and implementation of sustainable measures to reduce violence against women with their guiding actions. There are also social actors in the field of prevention of violence against women who, with their constant behavior, use the necessary rituals in the field of prevention and prevention of violence against women. As a result, it is clear that the actors in the field of prevention of violence against women, in whatever quality and quantity they are, have a degree of influence in this field and should not be trivialized because they are internal, non-governmental, etc. In this research, with a theoretical approach and a descriptive method, we seek to investigate the behaviors and interactions and classify the actors in the field of preventing violence against women.
